TD75 series belt conveyor is a kind of general conveying machine which support structure is divided into two kinds of fixed and mobile. According to the conveyor belt material, there are rubber belt, plastic belt, stainless steel belt, nylon belt and polyester belt.
The working environment temperature of conveyor is between 10 degrees below zero and 14 degrees, and materials environment is not exceed 70 degrees, heat resistant rubber belt can transport materials of high temperature 120 degrees Celsius, when the temperature is more higher, the rubber belt is not optional. When the transmission material with acidic, alkaline and organic solvents, the converyor belt that oil resistant, acid resistant and alkaline resistant should be chosen.
Applicable Range
TD75 series belt conveyor is widely used in metallurgy, mine, coal, building materials, chemicals, electricity power and other departments.
Structural Features
It can convey not only materials in bulk but also cased materials. According to the different working environment, TD75 series belt conveyor can match with other machines, forming a production line. In accordance with the belt width, there are six: 500mm, 650mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1400mm. Drive power is 1.5-200KW.
Belt speed is 0.8, 1.0, 1.25, 1.6, 2.0, 2.5, 3.15, 4.0m/s.
